Reputable and honest online shops such as will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives.Įven after more than one month, delivery never arrives. Website started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. So just in case you may want to return something then spend the extra money. Today I was informed again that it works fine and they can't except returns once they've been open(it came in a ziplock bag) and before someone from inspire/uplift replies to this saying to contact them through website, I've done that enough with Charlotte and have had enough of what you call customer service and I'll just use this as a $30 lesson to look elsewhere. My video included a drill bit I bought from another company that works really well and is also made in the USA. The product was a self centering drill bit that wobbled uncontrollably in drill and definitely didn't find the center of a hole. Then was informed that management said it works like it should and to use the diagram they emailed. I asked how to return and after countless emails with only one answered a day and then telling me they need a video of it not working properly so I made one. I wasn't pleased with the item, I believed it didn't work well. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere just in case you want to return the item.
